Can someone tell me if there are any off-leash dog parks in or around the Pigeon Forge area? We will be staying at the Riveredge CG and I believe they have a dog walk area though not a leash-free area. We would like to make sure our dog is able to have some runaround time. Thanks!

Not to my knowledge. Why would you ever allow your dog to run free? He will get all the exercise he needs on a long leash in Patriot Park Pigeon Forge. I don't believe it is ever acceptable to let a dog run leash free unless it is in an enclosed lot.

And that is exactly what a dog park is -- a large, fenced area specifically for dogs to run and play off leash. Most municipalities of any size have at least one dog park nowadays.

You could also do a Google search for `Pigeon Forge dog parks' and see what you get.

No, PF does not have any off leash parks. Now, if you were to venture over to Knoxville we have several to chose from.

I believe you misread my question. I am looking for a DOG park. As Paws4us said, these are specifically fenced-in areas where dogs are welcome to romp and play. We, otherwise, have her on a leash. I did Google Pigeon Forge dog parks but I did not see any listed (but there are times Google is wrong LOL).
