Next time you're eating someplace that has them, offer to buy some. I've done that successfully with ketchup packets and heavy duty straws from a local McDonalds. The manager has never been able to figure out how much to charge me for them or how to ring it up in the computer, so he just gives them to me for free.
But it never hurts to ask.
Another good place would be a small diner or coney island breakfast place. Again, if you offer to buy them, ask for an assortment, and speak to a manager, odds are they'll be able to provide them to you for just a few bucks. It's not costing them anything to sell them to you.
But again, if you want to buy them direct, check with restaurant supply houses like Gortons Foodservice and the like. The only drawback is that you may need to buy mass quantities from them.
These packets come in large quantities so make sure you will use them all in less than a year. When jelly is stored in that small of a size it dries out quickly and becomes rubbery. Maybe you and a few friends could go in together and get a box? I would try the big warehouse stores as well as Smart & Final, or restaurant supply store.
Also, those packets do not do well when stored in a hot place. I assume you want to keep them in the RV, which would shorten the shelf life. And ants love them.

I order them from Amazon, they have them from multiple manufacturers and I can get assorted flavors in one box. We use them at home instead of the big jars. I'm picky about toast crumbs and butter globs in the jelly, so to keep myself from going crazy we switched to the little packets.

Thank you! That is a much better suggestion than just helping one's self to them (which is stealing, btw).
Just sent and order to Minimus as above suggested. They have small packets of everything immaginable. Maple syrup, etc. can be ordered 1 or 50--shipping is free. Take a look and enjoy all the fun mini packages! We use these for our SIL and nephews who are deployed.

Amazon is my go-to place to find something unusual. They always seem to have it and at a reasonable price.
1. How many kids do you have ?
2. What do you camp in, PUP, TT Class C, A, B, Tent ?
3. Why not just buy these, cheaper, takes up less space than a box of singles, & you can find them anywhere?
4. And they will probably get used up before they turn to rubber.
