I have 5200 lb axles on my 11200 lb 5er. I use the BFG Commercial 16" LT215/85-16 E at 2680 lbs capacity each. Ran the first set for 55k + miles and over 7 years. I'm on the 2nd set and have had zero issues.

Is your trailer a fifth wheel or trave ltrailer? Is it a Keystone product? I've looked at all the Keyston specs for 2011 and cannot find a 321.

Are you having problems with your tires? Keyston does not have a habit of putting so much reserve load capacity in their tires. You should have 1840# reserve load capacity per axel with those tires aired to the sidewall pressures. No reason they should give you any problem.

Sometimes junk is in the eye of the beholder. I'm using that size tire by choice (3520#) and have not had a filure since 2006 and I'm on a second complete set. My axles are 6000#.
