I know that many of you try to sell/buy items on Craig's List. There's someone by the name of Tonya Voeller who tells a story that she's in the (pick any branch of the service) and she wants to buy your (fill in boat, car, rv). However she's on duty and can't see the merchandise but she'll buy it for her father so just give her your PayPal account information and she'll transfer you the money, then someone else will pick up the item. She's also been charged with fraud-if you do a net search on her name there are many issues that come up.

When I get the first email, I tell the person who wants to "buy my item" that I must have their name and address for the title or Bill Of Sale, and it must be a cash deal. they can use their Paypal account to send the money to their "agent", their agent can give me that cash when he (or she) picks up the item.
It is the strangest thing, they NEVER send me the name and address for the paperwork!
Actually, I never hear from them again.
