I know you asked Larry but this is Gary so I have the 04 24' V-10 and best I have ever gotten was 12 mpg. I have a 16' trailer that I pull some and then I get 8.5 about. Usually 10 mpg. I do not drive 70 either, at least not most of the time!!!!
Love the back roads and slowness of retirement.

I have the 27 RSB and the gas mileage is a little over 9.
The previous owner also told me that even pulling a toad he never got much better then 9 miles to the gallon.
We've only had our Winnebago Outlook for about a year and half, but we're already thinking about trading it for a Born Free with a slide. Love the look of the Born Free and I think we went a little too big with our first one. My hubby is still freaked out by the 31 feet size of ours, so we're thinking about going smaller. Maybe around 25 feet. Seems more manageable and love the fact that they finally have one with a slide.
