Any members of Ocen Canyon Properties out there with any comment? Do you use your membership? Do you think it's a good buy? How often do you use the properties? Which properties have you visited?

We have stayed at some Ocean Canyon Properties using our Coast To Coast Affilate membership. Cost us $10/night.
Alabama...Styx River & Mountain Lakes
Louisiana...Abita Springs
Texas....Tres Rios

Nice campgrounds but for $10 I can't complain.

Memberships work IF:
You can purchase 'cheap'
You use them ALOT

If purchasing ALWAYS purchase via a resale. Never directly. Resales are pennies on the dollar and you get the same benefits.
We purchased a 'home' park with upgraded affiliate memberships (C2C, PRI & AOR) that allows us to stay at affiliate CG's thru-out USA for $10/15 per night.
Cost was $950 one time fee with yearly dues:
Home Park.....$59/yr (frozen)
C2C & PRI.....$129/each/yr (can stay up to 14 nights per visit)
AOR...$99/yr (can stay up to 14 nights per visit)
Total cost per year..$416

Been using them for almost 5 years.......but we FT and stay at one or other approx. 200 (+) nights a year.
Really helps cut/control CG fees.

Now....the CG's aren't always someplace close to 'destinations/tourist' spots.
Some CGs are better than others
Some are off the beaten path

We also use Passport America....$44/yr. with 50% off at participating CGs
Again some limitations/restrictions apply

And then we also pay full price (always as for discount...sometimes you get one 10% just for asking).

Lots of ways.......just be sure WHAT you are getting into and especially what the EXCLUSIONS are.

One place to check for RESALE

I would suggest buying a resale if you are going to buy anything. I would not buy anything unless I was fulltime. There are much cheaper optins than Ocean Canyon.
