Can you get a little more specific? Is 11400 the dry weight of your 5er or the max weight? Is 12500 the GVWR for your truck? Have you looked up the GCVWR for your truck? That's the max weight of your truck and 5er combined. If 12500 is your trucks GVWR, it sounds like you have a 1 ton dually so that should be plenty for that 5er.

Look at the specs for your truck. The trailer weight is different for TT's and 5ers. If you dont have the specs get them from your dealer or the manufacturer. You are legally responsible for the decision.
Just based on the information provided you already know the answer. How about the rest of the story that caused you to post the question to begin with?

You are more likely to exceed your truck's payload rating before you exceed the Manufacturer's Tow rating.
What truck do you have?
What is the payload rating from the "Tire loading information" label near the driver's door?
Add up all of the people, fuel and stuff you will have in the truck.
Add 100-300# for the fiver hitch (auto sliders are heavy)
Add 20% of the fiver weight (2280#).
Are you still under that payload number?
Yes, then you are good to go. (But I bet it's close!)
Now if that 11,400# is the fiver EMPTY weight, then, based on your tow rating, I would have to say that's way too much trailer for your truck.

If you are still looking at that Keystone Avalanche 345TG then the DRY weight is 11,445# with a GVWR of 14,000#. You may not load to 14K but I would not be surprised to see 13K once you add batteries, propane, some water and your BBQ/tools/food/drinks/cooking/clothes/personal stuff.
Pin ratio is 18.6%, so you are looking at max of 2600# of pin weight on your truck.
Not knowing what your truck is I can't comment if you'll be overloaded, but you will certainly exceed your 12,500# Tow rating with the trailer alone, ie NOTHING and NOBODY in the truck!.

I must have missed the first 6 questions.....I'm "assuming" you have a 2012 2500 5.7 Ram pickup....I'm also "assuming" that the 5er you last talked about has a "dry weight" of 11,400#, but all these assumptions are from your other post as to your truck and what 5er your looking at buying...."IF" I'm correct on the Keystone 5er, it has a GVW of 14,000#....Don't know where your going to be towing, but your really going to know "it's back there" and the hemi might be feeling that weight at times...probably go over your trucks GVWR, but again, not knowing 100% for sure what truck your towing with and what 5er your getting and what it's actual GVW is...this is all speculative.
Don't go by dry weight, no one tows a TT or 5er, "Dry"...not realistic....Don't go by dry pin weight, again, not realistic....You need to weigh your truck just like your going camping with it, take the trucks GVWR and subtract what the truck weighed from it's GVWR and that'll give you an idea of how much pin weight you can put in the bed of the truck...Take the 5er's GVW, take approx. 20% of that, and that'll give you a "ballpark" idea of the amount of pin weight you may be putting in the bed of your truck...
"IF" you have the 2012 2500 Ram Hemi and a 14,000# GVW 5er....you don't have enough truck for the 5er .....just my opinion, not worth much, but came from a lot of "live and learn the hard way" experience.

If NCHauler is correct on his guess at your truck the picture just got WAY worse.
I looked at the 2012 RAM Specs. I can't find a 2500 Crew Cab Long Box 5.7L with a 3.73 axle that has more than 10,350# tow rating and 2310# of payload.
The 4.10 axle raises the Tow rating to a max of 13,350# but the payload stays the same.
Not nearly enough truck for that Keystone I'm afraid!
