I'm partial to Colter Bay Village RV Park in Grand Teton National Park. Full hookups, a short walk to Jackson Lake, grocery store, laundromat, restaurant (never went in).
Colter Bay RV park inside the park has W/E/S but no WIFI or Cable. If you want those, the Virginian in Jackson is probably your best bet. I've stayed there 3 times. Nice folks.
Retired and visiting as much of this beautiful country as I can.

The Star Valley RV Resort has lot that can be rented by their owners very reasonably. But it's about 45 miles south of Jackson. We stayed there last summer for $125/week.
"Need a good base camp with full comforts" unfortunately you'll pay $60-$70 for some of the sorriest CG's around. I'll boondock before paying that much for so little.
This post is my opinion (free advice). It is not intended to influence anyone's judgment nor do I advocate anyone do what I propose.
I've stayed at THe Virginian, and I've stayed at Colter Bay, and to mention them in the same sentence is a real insult to Colter Bay. I would drive the extra distance to Jackson just to stay at Colter Bay.

Although SVRVR is a nice place, it is 1hr. 11 min. from Jackson, as per Mapquest. It is probably more with road and bridge construction in the canyon. It might be nice for a side trip.
I believe the OP was asking for something much closer to Jackson and the Nat'l parks.
