I am having trouble getting Keystone on my computer. I have tried to get it for about a week now and have not been successful. Is anyone else having this problem? I can get others, such as Heartland and Cardinal. But no on Keystone, Montana or Cedar Creek.

The issue is simple. I can't get in. I tried to use the addresses that rk911 listed, and I can't get in. I am locked out. What can I do to get back in?

These are open internet sites. You can't be locked out, there is no security. What exactly do you see when you click on one of those links?

unless your anti-virus/anti spyware/anti phishing software thinks the sites are dangerous. is that the case? you need to give us much more info if you want help.

You do not mention which browser you are using. Try alternates like Chrome, Opera, Firefox, Minefield, Comodo Dragon, etc.

Im the original tech dummy, so bear with me. I have a Gateway computer that has Windows 7. I have a Kapersky Lab anti-virus program.

When I go to the screen that searches for Keystone, there is a "k" on the right side of the item that I want to find. I don't know if it stands for Kapersky of Keystone. It is not on the others that I want to search.

I think that once I saw something come up that was an indicator of Kapersky was blocking the way. If it was, how do I find it to tell them that it is alright, to let me in?

I have not found the problem elsewhere. I am not saying that I won't find it, just that it affects my getting into Keystone.

Thanks.

The "k" is Kapersky's way of telling the user that the site is OK. So I will take that out of the equation. Any other ideas?
