I have a fantastic roof vent that is very noisy and also the crankshaft that opens the roof is missing, not allowing the lid to open and close. Can I get parts for this unit. Looked for the serial number and model but can't find it on the unit. thxs Ron

just give fantastic fan a call they will ship out the parts usually free just pay the shipping. I wouldn't buy another brand after that service.

Wondering how it can be noisy. On my vents, the fan won't run until the vent cover is open at least half-way.
I've always gotten great service from their tech support. If the fan was OEM equipment, just give them the details on your RV and they should be able to figure it out.
