After a bunch of reading on this and other forums I decided to purchase a RM7710. After talking with a girl at CW I ordered the unit and a 2 year extended service contract. When the unit arrived no coupon for lifetime updates as was stated in the ad. Also no documentation of a extended service contract. Calling CW service # results in as many different explanations as people you talk to. One person gave me the name and number of the warranty company. I purchased this thing as a package. I don't feel I should be spending a bunch of time chaseing pieces down and I'm not going to.
I've not registeredd this unit or charged the battery as yet. I'm fully prepared to send it back if I can't get what was on my invoice.

Ok, what is an RM 7710.....?
A RM 7710 or Rand McNally model 7710 is supposedly the latest and greatest GPS for RV's. It allows you to set height of your RV and a ton of other RV related applications.
The coupon for the lifetime updates has now been sent to you via email. The warranty comopany is also being contacted in order to have a copy of your contract mailed to you.
