Larry, yeah, I have not really wanted to test out that 'right' we do have either.
Lots of other regs that go along with it too.. Like you can't carry like that in a "bar" for example... Or any Federal, State, City buildings, schools, colleges, etc.. Even with a CCW..
They have made it legal to carry in State and National Parks in WA state too.
Ironically, we have had a rash of "bad guys" getting shot while robbing homes by the home owners in the greater King/Pierce County regins in the last couple of months.. Haven't heard of any robberies recently.. I guess the "bad guys" watch the news too!

Yep, one instance was a couple of guys breaking into the house of a retired sheriff in broad daylight. He had been napping but woke up and shot them before one of them could beat him with a baseball bat. They won't be doing that again.

Everything is illegal in mass. I do have a conceal to carry class a but I would probably get more time in jail than a robber just for flashing it. Atleast we are better than Illinous. HEck our state trooper who hunt tend to mistake old lady's for deer... real story.
