following the advice from many others, I am upgrading to a digital thermostat. I purchased a unit at Menards and after failing to first time, did some more homework and attempted again tonight improving my results by half. The furnace worked like a charm. The AC unit no so much. It kicks on but the blower does not function. I connected only the high fan wire and left the low fan blank. I also did not connect the 7.5v lead to anything. This is going in a 2011 Puma 25BH and the new thermostat is a LUX DMH110.

One question I had was other more expensive units say they can run off of battery alone and do not need 24v supplied. This unit does not say that, so I'm wondering if that will matter. I called LUX directly and was told the unit is not made for an RV so they were of little to no help. I'm hoping that many of your are smarter than I am and can offer some suggestions.

Thanks

'Y' terminal....connect yellow wire (A/C)
'W' terminal....connect white wire (Furnace)
'G' terminal....connect blue wire (high fan.......orange wire/low fan tape off)
'RH-RC' terminals....(jumper together) connect black wire (ground...common)

Red wire (7.5+) not used...tape off

And for the blower to operate from furnace control you have to select 'gas' on jumper on back of circuit board ( should be printed on board).

Two new AA batteries and should be good to go.

The high fan and low fan must both be connected for the high fan to operate on the DuoTherm analog system.
