Evergreen is what our local (well, the closet anyways) RV dealer has as their specialty rv. Anyone have one... thoughts?

They are on the leading edge of developing new construction materials for trailers and making some nice looking products.

Absolutely love ours...they are expensive but so far the build and the customer service has been excellent.

FYI. Evergreen is the company where most of the employees of Carriage went to. You should be seeing some nice units come off their line soon. I did see a photo of one and it looked just like a Cameo.

Evergreen is a great product,, my only fault with them is the lack of counter space in most of the designs.. we also wanted a bigger grey option in a little larger trailer than their 29fks,, maybe not important to most, but we wanted the option of dry camping,, I do think if you spend the extra money the camper should last a good long time,,we spent quite a bit of time talking to the dealer a couple of years ago and love this product

I would absolutely buy one on my next trailer but they have chosen to go the small holding tank route like a lot of others which I ruled them out for. When you build 30+ feet travel trailers (not just Evergreen) with 30 gal holding tanks you are doing customers a dis-service and showing you have know idea what most people need in a TT.

I'm really interested in them and have done a lot of research. Their products look very promising.

FYI I have the 32RBK-DS and I have two grey tanks (58gal total) making for easy dry camping...this was also a concern of mine when I chose my trailer. My only complaint about mine is it could use a few more windows but I'm not sure how that would work without rear living. My wife wanted rear living space and the outside kitchen was a deal breaker for me--hey I actually won this one :-) Must say, she IS very happy with our set-up now.

I looked at their web site and while they may be doing different construction there are some things that caught my attention.
They talk about using some high density foam but the picture shows them using bead board, expanded polystyrene, insulation. The same insulation that most RV makers use.
Then they have a picture and talk about a Styrofoam coffee cup. Coffee cups and other types of molded products are not Styrofoam. Styrofoam is a specific brand of extruded polystyrene insulation, made by Dow Chemical. You can't mold Styrofoam.
Coffee cups are made out of expanded polystyrene. The same material as Evergreen's insulation.
Calling a coffee cup Styrofoam is as accurate as calling all motorhomes a Winnebago.
