Friends, just wanted to let you know about the sevice I got from the factory and service tech. I have a 2008 Copper Canyon and the decals started to peel away and I found a phone no. to call about the problem. I talked to the sevice guy Dave two times and within 5 or 6 days when I got home from work there was a complete set of decals. I APPRECIATE the way I was treated. A BIG THANK YOU

Yea about a year ago I was guide though a repair on my 04 everest by a tech at Keystone in Elkhart, in. and though multiple calls and even sending him pictures by e-mail he gave me all the advice I needed to get the repair done properly and all that just out of a courtsy since my 04 everest was well out of warranty. I have no complate with them. I think I have spoken to dave about some things and he was very helpful as well as aman by the name of Vince.

Kuddo's to them.

Evening copper canyon,
I have a 2007 Keystone Cougar and the front decal is fading badly. Would you be willing to give up that number so I might contact them about a possible new decal.

Thanks Milo

I agree. I had great sevice for my Mountaineer with Keystone. I wish I coud say the same for Heartland. They lived up to their warranty but after the 1st season I had to buy an extended warranty & I have been in the shop each winter. Water and hydraulic leaks, all 3 tanks replaced on & on.

We never have had any real complaint about Keystone Service. However, would have much preferred to not have had to use it so often in the past and how much we are still using it currently.

I had a lot of trouble with my local CW when ordering my 5er. When I called the same # I talked to nothing but good people. They were prompt with call backs and understanding of my issues. I was suprised with the amount of service I received. I will surely look at Keystone product again for the next purchase.
