Has anyone had problems getting reimbursed from GoodSam? We winter in Tucson and on the second day out (Nov.'10) the battery failed. I called for a boost, but the lady said that I would have to phone the tow truck operater and pay him and then send the bill in. It was my first time using the service and I thought this was how it worked. After returning home (April '11) I sent everything in, but the claim was denied. I got all kinds of reasons depending on which operator I talked to, and finally in Nov.'11 I was offered a free year of service, which I declined. They said the check was in the mail, but I never recieved it. When I phoned back after getting home this year,(2012) they said the case was closed and there was nothing they could do.

Thanks Zach. Spoke to Zach this morning, he was extremely courtious and professional. The issue has been resolved to my complete satisfaction, I couldn't be happier.

Why did you have to pay out of the pocket for this service and then be reinbursed?
