Does anyone have any tried and true method for keeping mice out of your fiver when parked and stored?

I used the insulating foam (great stuff) to get every little crack filled and seemed to work pretty good so far.

A friend in a mice infested area claims moth balls work great. He keeps the balls in containers with lids. When stores the trailer he puts a container inside the trailer and takes the lid off. He places the other containers in the storage compartments with the lids removed. When he gets ready to take the trailer out he closes up the containers puts them in his garage and then airs the trailer out for a half a day windows and vents open.
Since he's been doing this he hasn't seen any evidence of mice in his trailer.

The moth balls do work. I put them around the tires and at the base of the front and back jacks and have had no problem since.
I would be very hesitant to put them inside the unit. My experience is that the smell will repel you, too. It will take weeks not days for the smell to disipate.

When we got our 2007 home I looked underneath and said ...forget it...! The floor already looked like swiss cheese. It would have taken 100 lbs of steel wool. We just went to sonic devices and luck.

In before the dryer sheets...
Seriously: Traps and close up the openings they get in from.
