I recently purchased a 2012 Wrangler. As a part of the deal they pulled the Cooltech from the 2011 Wrangler and put it on the 2012. They also installed a hitch and wiring harness for my ATV trailer.
Long story short... They can't make both of them work. With the Cooltech connected and working the right side trailer lights won't. With the Cooltech disconnected, the trailer lights work fine. They've dinking with it for a day an a half.
Jeep dealer has called Cooltech twice today and emailed them as well. They don't seem to return calls or emails. I've heard about their lack of customer service before.
Got any words of wisdom or a backdoor number for Cooltech?
