When connected to city water I notice a click sound at the house water pump every time I turn off a faucet. It is the same click sound when we are boondocking and the pump turns on and off. We have had this unit for two years but never noticed the click before when on city water. The switch to the pump is turned off. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

That's kind of weird. Is the pump actually turned "on" and the switch malfunctioning in the off position?

Try to get to where you can view the point and get a photo of what is clicking.

4 whopping cylinders on Toyota RV's. Talk about great getting good MPG. Also I have a very light foot on the pedal. I followed some MPG advice on Livingpress.com and I now get 22 MPG! Not bad for a home on wheels.

Might be hearing the pump pressure switch......when pressure drops it closes and when pressure increases it opens.

Other than than I can't think of anything that would make a clicking noise.

Course your pump is normally off when connected to city water right? That's the way I do mine anyway. If so, could be the check valve, I know mine weeps a little water when only using the pump and not connected to City water, so will be replaceing the City water valve in a couple of days.
