New owner of an old 1978 classic Dodge Four Star 19' coach. My wife and I LOVE it. I have replaced most of the interior: floor, new industrial squares, painted the ceiling, re-stained the "wood" walls, Having new cushions made ($$$) and new tires ($$$$$$). By the way I bought 6 new Firestone 8"x 16.5" tires from a dealer. They are still out there......
I stripped and re-caluked the roof, all the caulking (LEAKING, LOOSE) and painted it (3 times) with the rubber paint from the RV place. NO LEAKS NOW!!!!! Painted the stove, all appliances work but no power to the heater(?). Will post pics soon as it's all together......
This is a link so U can view "Barbara" our love.....

Welcome! Old furnaces can be a PITA. When new, they start and cycle on and off reliably like a home furnace. Make sure that there is adequate 12+ volt DC power/good connections to the furnace and thermostat from your house battery and converter. Other than that there is a sail switch, a solenoid valve, a circuit board and ignition circuit, and propane supply that often need attention. Use the search engine for threads on furnace troubleshooting. We once had a 79 Delta 23 foot class C that seemed to be haunted.
