Why not get put on a one piece TPO roof? Easy to put on and will last along time. Although my Lance 820 had the once piece Aluminum and after 8 years it still looked good.

If you want a testament to longevity, my camper's roof is aluminum and is still the original from 1974, though the snow roof top coat has been touched up over the years.

The $1,200 I referred to is not OEM... It's a Company called StarDeck. They put pull down ladders and roof observation platforms, etc. on TOP of trailers, etc., along with new rubber roofs, metal roofs, etc. They are a custom outfit in Chino CA, a little over an hour away from where I live. They have been very helpful in answering my myriad questions as I contemplate the roof replacement on my camper. That is the way I am going to go before next fall.
Thanks again for your replies!
