I am not sure what make of motorhome you have and how old it is, but I have a lot of success calling the manufacturer for parts and they do their best to help me get what I need.
Is it the cushion itself, or just the cover? An upholstery shop can redo the cover for you. It won't be a perfect match but you could get a coordinating color.
You'd have to contact the manufacturer for one that matches, and only if your fabric is not discontinued.

Better yet, take the cover off the other seat cushion and the cover off of one of the back cushions and take them to an upolstery shop. Have them make two of each with fabric that doesn't look like it came out of a 1920's New Orleans uh, "Men's Club".
Retired and visiting as much of this beautiful country as I can.

I would definitely make them match but it isn't cheap, so that is up to the OP if they want to do that. I had some cushions recovered for an old RV, and it's really pricey.
I'd probably put the one replaced on the bottom and just replace that one and the one on the bottom of the other side. If you chose a solid car that coordinates if the other ones are a pattern, it could easily look like it is supposed to be that way. That would be cheaper than redoing all four.
