I am actually embarrassed to ask this, but...

What or How should you level your camper? Typically, I only need to make sure the side to side is level, the front to back can be done with the tongue jack.

In the past, I used a bubble level in the fridge with a NoraCold, the new Dometic fridge has me confused since the shelfs have some play, so where is the "best" spot to make sure the unit is prefectly level.

Help this "rookie" out.. Dan

I used the floor or countertops as a flat spot to level.

Well since everything is built off of the frame. I put a four foot level on the floor checking side to side then front to rear. Works for me.

I use an iPhone app and check on the trim on the outside. Close enough for me.

My wife likes me to level to the stove, that also puts the fridge close enough.

Lord, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of those people I had to kill because they pissed me off.

I now use the Google Satellite Earth Link GPS RV Refrigerator Leveler System...it's a bit spendy at $6,000.00, but accurite within .0000010 inch.

On reflection, I suppose my single bubble level that cost 2 bucks at Camping World was just as accurite when I set it inside the refrigerator.

I agree leveling to the stove (cooktop) using a bubble level is the first priority. I have leveled the trailer to the cooktop and then stuck those stick on bubble levels outside in the front (tounge) side to match that level.

I installed a very large level on the front of my TT. I can see it from the drivers seat in my TV. I usually look at it as I pull through/ back in to my site. Once I get in where my hook ups are I know if I need to move forward/backward in order to place levelers under one side.

In addition to checking with level, we check the movement of bathroom door. If it will hang open halfway, we are level. :-)

x2 that works very well!

My "level" is also according to the stove which is good enough for everything else in our situation...
