We are researching buying our first Fifth Wheel. We will be doing some cold weather living. Does air dryness and static become a problem and if so, are there methods to add mositure?
RV's are generally such a small space that moisture is a problem. There is moisture added thru respiration (warm bodies), taking showers, preparing meals, washing dishes... There will be so much moisture in the air that you risk the potential for water damage...as the moist air condenses on cold windows, and sidewalls...

X2. Unless you're spending the winter in the desert an RV size dehumidifier is a must.

AS noted this will not be an issue. Too much moisture is likely to present itself at some point and must be vented
We never have a moisture problem in winter. Just the opposite. Walking across the room to turn on the Cradlepoint I always get zapped. Sometimes even when the AC runs too long. It happened to me last night here in San Antonio.
I have to use a coolmist humidifier to prevent nose bleeds every winter. Last summer in St Louis, I had to dig it out from under the bed, too. Got tired of waking up with a nose bleed every morning when the temps were 100 deg and the AC sucked all the humidity out of the RV.
