Heading out this afternoon for our first trip of the season. Really looking forward to that feeling of the first campfire of the year.

Just a weekend trip to our favorite local campground 45 minutes away, but nice all the same. And tomorrow is also our 22nd anniversary. Lucky to have a wife that would rather spend it camping than in a hotel

We're supposed to get thunder storms this afternoon, but clear after they pass through.

Same with us. Weather isn't going to be the best, especially today but we'll have fun regardless.

Our very first night of camping in a trailer, we were in a thunder storm that lasted 6 hours. The wind was raising the ends of the hybrid. We had a very nervous great dane with us. What fun! One of our memories that always makes us laugh!

Me too, thunderstorms probably. But been told that you can still take liquid refreshment under the awning or in the camper.

Wish we could say we're going out for the first trip this season, too. But, alas...... Thunderstorms for us, too, but guess we can take our liquids sitting on the front porch in our rockers. Ya'll have a wonderful and safe weekend!

Happy Anniversary Raymond to you and your wife. I'm sure you two will have a great time........My wife just told me she too would rather be at a campground than in a hotel room.
Don't forget the wine or champagne.

Cheers to both of you

We are currently out in ours at Otter Lake campground in north eastern pa. We had thunder last night but no rain. We had pup handle some wicked weather during its first few years of use.

1st of the year for us too, DAR State Park in Ma. Little black flies seem to be hatching by the bucket full. Sure beats yard work.
