I have foam spray in a can for rubber seals, how do you get to the seals under the slide topper, I am in the process of doing this now, I guess I could get a long broom stick and tie a sponge on it and spray the sponge. Any one have any ideas or how they did there,s. Thanks Roy

Your broom handle and sponge idea will work...that's basically what I do...
Keep in mind that treating seals is mainly to protect them from sun damage. - so when they are under a slide awning, you don't need to worry about them as much as other rubber components that are exposed directly to the sun.

Treating them also keeps them pliable and allows them to do their job better. As any rubber will dry out and become stiff when subjected to weather and temp changes. My shop uses a sponge headed mop to apply on the hard to get to spots.

With the can we are using, it will spray a pretty tight stream that lets me hit most of the seal, spraying from both ends.

I was told by a dealer that it is good to replace them every 5-7 years, due to dry rot -- same reason why one replaces tires even if they have zero wear. I'm sure the advice is to sell replacement wipers, but it is something worth mentioning.

I don't know about chenging or treating the seals. Our Cameo, with over 90,000 miles on it, is 12 years old and the rubber seals are still working great. I have never treated them with anything.

THANKS for the sponge idea. My wife uses sponge brushes for some artist type things. I tried one on the slide seals, and it worked GREAT, even making getting the back side of the seal easy. GREAT TIP!
