I cropped my pic and tried to add it to my signature. Then I got the message, "Your photo exceeds the 30KB limit. Please resize and try again.." I don't know how to resize and if it does not do it automatically, I am lost. I cropped it as much as I could.

Windows paint, resize.

Open it in Paint, Click on Image, and click on Resize and skew. This will allow you to shrink it with out losing to much clarity. Resave it and try again. You may need to do this a few times to get it right.
