Ahhh understand... IT's more about the length/outside diameter of the fitting??? Not the physical connection lugs/blade fitting together.
Could you put a CLEAR 45 or 90 degree section and then the Rhinoflex/Valterra Compartment hose??
Most people probably don't want to see what's coming out. But I use the clear 45 degree fitting so that I can judge the effectiveness of my flushing sprayer. I won't bore you with the whole routine...but I get my black tank nice and clean before I put it away until the next venture.

You got it... the opening at the bottom of the dump area is too close to the valve itself to allow the RhinoFLEX to attach AND make the downturn.
I saw the clear 45 and 90 degree sections and that might be an option. Can you tell me if the collar on those turns independently of the entire section? It wasn't clear from the pictures I saw. What I mean is I could put the section on and turn a collar, but there isn't room to turn the entire thing. Does that make sense?

Total sense...
No...all the one's that I've seen are injection molded acrylic. Fixed...not rotating collars. You would have to swing the arc to connect them.

We have the same problem and solved it with the 2 ft compartment hose.
It is red and similar type material to Rhino. We bought it a CW.
I am thinking of adding the clear right angle connector where it drops through the opening. Not enough room for one at the tanks connector as the gray and black tank drain handles interfere.
