I found a way to increase my Tundra's payload from 1,500 pounds to just over 3,000 today. Stopped by the car lot and ran across a 2010 GMC 2500 HD Z71 4x4 package with 20k on it. A couple less ameneties than the Tundra, but a very comfortable truck and a good price.
Now I just need some time off to actually get the trailer out of storage and go camping. No more weight police issues. I had been looking at Fords and Dodges, so this was a happy suprise.

You could have accomplished the same thing with any of the Big 3 offerings in that configuration. So what made you decide to dump the Toy.?
