The last 3 rv's we had all came with an oven, we have never used one yet, my wife doesn't bake cookies or bread at home so why start while camping.
What would you need an oven for?

We use our oven actually as a wine rack and storage for tin foil rolls etc.

We have always used our oven every bit as much as when at home. Baked potatoes, pot roast, cakes and cookies are all on the menu from time to time. Can't really think of ANYTHING in or on our RV that we don't use except maybe the dog shower and even it gets very occasional use.

I've used the oven fairly often, and have been happy with the results. There are just some foods that cannot be put in the microwave.

Routinely. Sweet potatoe fries, lasagnas, pizzas. According to Angela it is a deal breaker without an oven in the next coach...in 11 more years.

Pizza .... of course.

... and toast (one side at a time) ... in the broiler section.!

... and for the DW to bake the DH a special blueberry pie on DH's B-Day from the U-PICK blueberries they picked together on the Michigan leg of an 8000 mile RV trip last summer!

We wouldn't buy or live in a home w/o an oven - the same as when we bought and travel in our RV.

Ever wake up to a rainy Northwest morning on the Oregon Coast...
On goes the oven and in goes the cinnamon rolls.

Yes on all those responses. Muffins, various desserts like coffee cake. But I do know lots of folks who never do use the oven.
