We, like you, don't use the oven much. However, during the late summer time we look forward to picking blackberries. We put some on pancakes but our fave is blackberry pie. We make the oven available for that.

When we bought our TT. Few had ovens, because of a fire at the fitting company. We found one of the few with one. DW wanted an oven to make cornbread. the little ovens that you put over the campstove don't work too well. so we make cornbread on cool mountian days.
And. Once when the house oven went out. We made Thanksgiving biscuits in the TT. A real lifesaver.
OH yeah. We never use the stove top either. Just the oven for cornbread. Pintos with out cornbread. It just TOO ROUGH

We especially like to bake casseroles in the oven when we camp in cold weather. Helps to heat the camper up.

If you never use an oven at home, I guess it makes sense you'd ask what to use one for. Or are you asking if anyone uses one?

Maybe the OP is camping and not RVing.
Does the OP use the oven at home? Maybe not.

Some things have to be made in an oven and not the convection type either. Cast iron cooking can only be done in an oven. Corn bread, biscuits, breakfast casserole, home made mac & Cheese, and DW baked goodies.

We use our oven often when we are boondocking or when the weather is bad. Also, it is used for garlic bread, roasts, potatoes, etc.
