Looks great ! I think being able to have hem on while running down the road would enhance safety by making you more visible.

I could keep them on while driving, but they are on just one side and I don't do much night driving. My trips are usually close to home.

It's never too late. I had rope light before. Never found a good way to attach them.

I'd drop the TT about 8-10", put some airbags on it and some gold spoke rims.
