1 mile south of Patrick's Point State Park. An easy walk to Patrick's Point park trails. Several sites have ocean view.
Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park has the Klamath River area north of the park, with a number of RV parks by the river.
New Brighton State Beach has W/E in select sites and a dump station and Seacliff SB has FHU. Both are difficult to get reservations. You have to call the day the sites become available, 7 months in advance, I believe 7am on the 1st of the month except on New Years day. They release the sites on the 2nd. (It's almost as bad as tring to get a site in Yosemite Valley. The sites are gone in the first few minutes.) If you can get a site at Seacliff, it's well worth the fight. All the sites are the same length/size. I think the longest your rig/trailer can be is 38 feet. I've camped next to RV'ers who drove in that day to check availability and were able to get a site because of a cancellation (weekdays). They kept switching to available sites for a week and were able to stay Monday-Friday. They were in a class A so it was easier to move daily.
Very few state parks have any hookups. One of our favorites is Pismo State Beach in Oceano which has water and electric and a dump station. All sites are pull throughs. The listed maximum length is 36', but we fit easily in our 40' and still have room to park our toad.

i don't think there are more than 5 state parks that offer full hookups, in the whole Calif. state park system.
you can easily go to the Calif. State Park website and get a list of the parks that have RV hookups. i think that there are only 18 parks, statewide, that have any hookups, the vast majority being W/E only.
