Anyone ever stayed at the Morman Lake lodge and RV Park around Flagstaff, AZ?

Pics look good on the web, trailer life gives it a 6 rating.

We have not stayed at the RV park, but I do want you to be aware that Mormon Lake is often a puddle. I'm not sure how much water it has in it right now, but the pics on the website of the lake may have been taken after a wet winter and we know it hasn't been wet this year!

What she said. Mormon Lake is definitely more Mormon than lake and has been for several years. On a map it looks huge but there isn't much water. Just up the road Lake Mary is fine and at the southwestern end the Pine Grove CG is one of the nicest in the area. No hookups but water/showers are available and they have a nice two lane dump station at $16 a night.

Pine Grove is a wonderful campground. We've driven by Morman Lake park and would never stay there. Have a good trip.

Dave, we stayed there a few years ago. I think you are making the right choice.
