I have been using 303 for at least 10 years and never saw this. I was heading out to the 5th wheel this morning to check out the Duragloss I put on in late November and then put the cover on immediately after as I am getting a little old for these 3 and 6 month buffings of a 32' trailer. The Duragloss looked like the day I put it on. I went to fill my spray bottle with 303 from the gallon jug to use it on the roof of the 5ver while the cover was removed and had black chunks passing by. I finally ran it through a paint filter to remove the chunks. Since finding Perl and UTTG I do not use a lot of 303 anymore and this gallon is at least a year old which may be why I never saw this before. This jug has been kept in the garage with the temp fluctuations from 40 to 118 degrees. I have another gallon in the house which is where it will stay to see if the same thing occurs. Any one else seen this ?

Yeah, I'm really impressed so far although it has been under a cover since late November 2011. I hope the 601/105 combination lasts a year as Duragloss claims. It will be 6 months near the end of May and has been the longest lasting of all my experiments so far (although I never put the cover on with previous attempts). I may put another coat of 105 on before any oxidation sets in to keep me from breaking out the buffer again.
