If Marcus Lemonis sends me a pm with his e-mail address I will gladly e-mail him; otherwise I don't know how to e-mail him; I did not see his e-mail address or a link located in his post?

Thank you routeforty, I did send Marcus and e-mail and will publicly let everyone know here how this turns out. Yes, it is unusual for a CEO to make and offer as he has, especially here in and online community.
I have done a lot of business over the decades with Camping World; have long been a Presidents' Club member and am now a Good Sam's Delux member. I don't want to get that young salesperson fired but I do think that he could learn how to be a better salesperson from examining the way things went between him and me.

CW can be turned around. It did not get that way over night nor will it be turned around overnight but steady pressure for positive change will work.
Everyone in business has had to send people home that can not or refuse to act in their own best interst. For some reason those who remain become more trainable the same day.
The car saleman mentality is wide spread from selling cars to selling surgery.

I must say I am extremely pleased here on the west coast of the U.S. in California at this late hour on a Saturday night I received and e-mail from a Regional Manager who oversees the Camping World stores in my area. He said in his e-mail that Marcus has contacted him and told him to "make a deal happen and make me happy." Now if that's not enough to make me blush the swiftness at which this is happening astounds me. We have already exchanged e-mails and contact information and I look foreward to talking with this Regional Manager on the phone.
Thank you very much Marcus; I feel like I can begin to put that bad experience behind me.

Always two sides to a story ! And now you have an invite to talk business with a person in charge or at least under his watch !
No reason to not give it another chance !

Several years ago, we were coming back from the gulf with another couple and they wanted to stop at the camping world north of San Antonio. My wife and I walked over and looked at some of the TT's they had. Another young salesman didn't think much of the full sized van we had and told us to come back when we had a proper TV. That van pulled TT's to Colorado, Florida and both coasts.

I am a happy camper. Marcus contacted one of his Regional Managers who contacted me, and we worked out and excellent deal. Jason, the Regional Manager, then put me in touch with his Business Manager to finalize the deal. I am very pleased.
I had absolutely no expectation that when I first started this thread I would be approached by the CEO of Camping World and given a wonderful offer to resolve my issue. I first thought that this was a prank, because I get all sorts of e-mails, spam, etc. telling me that I've inherited money, etc., and from people with fancy titles, Barrister, etc. All who turn out to be fake.
But Marcus Lamonis is the real deal; he is a CEO who is actively involved with his customers, and I thank him for that. He also has some great people working for him. I told Marcus and his Regional Manager that I did not want to get that salesperson in trouble, or fired, and they agreed that this can be a great learning experience for that salesperson, and also and eye opening experioence for me as well.
My situation with Camping World has been resolved and I can report here that the resolution has made me very, very, happy. Think about it; I posted what I did on Saturday and by Monday things have been resolved. Thank you Marcus!
