I drive unflat tire up ramp made with Lynx Leveling blocks until tire I want is hanging free.
Remember to loosen lug nuts first.

People... Did you even read the OP question?? They are not asking how you repair a single flat tire.. Wants to know how to raise and remove all 4 tires at the same time so they can get new tires...
Probably wants to keep the same rims and get new tires at the same time..
This is what I would do..
You will need 4 pretty stout vehicle jack stands.
Raise one side by using a bottle jack on the center pivot point one one side just enough to start lifting. Break the wheel lugs loose. Continue to lift until both wheels off the ground.
Place 2 jack stands on either end of the outside leaf spring hangers of the front and rear axle.
Remove the lugs and wheels on that side.
Repeat on the other side.
Remove all 4 wheels.
Take to tire store and get new tires.
Put them back on and reverse the process.
You are not going to hurt the frame by keeping the jack stands on either side of the hangers... That's what's supporting the weight of the trailer as it rolls down the road..
Good luck!
Mitch

If you take it to the tire store to let them do it, stipulate that you get to watch. Make sure they don't put a jack under the middle of the axle. Have them jack to the frame or, at least, under the spring hanger. Also, make sure if they run the lug nuts up with the air wrench that they finish tightening with a torque wrench.

Won't work on mine, and it doesn't have spread axles. I have floating axles.

I made a 2"X 8" ramp and pull onto it. One tire is in the air... WORKS.

Thats fine for changing a flat, but what about getting four new tires installed?

We would always drive the good tire (forward or backwards) up on a couple of blocks of wood (2x4's or whatever) and lift the crippled tire off the ground while the trailer is attached to the truck. Set the brake, chock remaining wheels, and change tire. Redneck way of doing it. I am not respnsible for any incidents that happen while doing this. Although they won't, IF you set the brake and chock remaining wheels...... Just sayin'. Take your chances, or buy hundreds of dollars of "Just In Case" stuff. Either way, good luck.
