What year & Model RV are you buying? How many miles on it\?
The obvious things to look for are leaks, and worn out parts. The tires should be no more than 7-8 years old, no matter what the tread looks like. You can find a age date on the sidewall.
As for the stove and fridge....what is wrong with them? It is somewhat unusual for the stove to******out, and the Fridge may be covered under a product recall/repair, depending on the age and mfgr. You would need to find the model and serial number from the unit (on the back, accessible via the outside vent cover)and go to the mfgr's website.
Depending on what you plan to do for campsites, you may want to replace the fridge with an electric Household type, but you will need to either run your genset or make sure you are plugged in each night.
Who does what with your RV will depend on just how handy you are.....and with 7 kids, it would appear you were somewhat handy with at least one tool
There have been lots of threads for newbies, with tons of advice and suggestions that you may find very helpful.
I would also recommend a few close to home camping trips before you head out for Georgia....just so you get the feel for the RV, and understand how everything works.
You may also have a few folks who are going to ask about how you plan to carry all those kids and still be in compliance with seatbelt laws?? Our 31' MH is designed to carry 8 people, though I'd be hard pressed to make them feel comfortable in it. Of course, kids are smaller, so it may not be as much of a problem, but that is a big family!!!

Geez....forgot to answer your original question, about where to buy a fridge and stove?
You can try Camping World (CW) or most any RV Store in your area, but they will be expensive. Your can also try on-line, with a "Google Search" for the model number you have...it should point you in the right direction.
Also, with the LP (Propane), it would be a good idea to have the system pressure tested once you replace the appliances.
There may be a mobile RV repair guy in your area who can order a new frige and fix the rangetop/stove for you. It is possible to have the cooling unit part of the fridge replaced to save a little money. The roof A/C unit can be replaced or just the roof cooling unit part replaced when and if you need it. Most RV's have seat belts for four adult passengers in the dinette and maybe another in a swivel chair, plus the driver and passenger seat occupant. Leave two with granny (?). Our kids grew up touring in our van campers with no seat belts before DOT regulations and seat belt laws.
If it needs a new fridge and stove, don't touch it! Too pricey to fix. And depending what make/model it is, the fridge may not fit through the door, instead requiring the removal of a window or windshield to get it out.
If it needs those items, what else does it really need? Look elsewhere!
