The last 30' A I bought was a 92. That was the hardest brake to push. I later bought anther 30' of about the same year. It was 40% easier but still alot of effort. I have some cartilage knee issues. I noted that the 28'-- and bigger actually had 4 wheel disc brakes. What I wanted to know was was there any improvement around the 98-2001 models in the way they brake. Basically am looking at the Winn's and Itasca's. That is why I had dropped down and gotten the little Toyota motorhome. Doug

It sounds like you needed a new power brake booster in a couple of old units. Boosters age also and need occasional replacement. My MH is no harder to push the brakes than my Saturn.

keep in mind the motorhomes have a special hydraulic brake booster. Fresh fluid makes a huge difference.
