Just spent an hour on the internet trying to find the location of the air filter with no luck. Hopefully SOMEONE here has changed it and can clue me in to it's whereabouts. The operator manual shows a nice picture of the air cleaner housing but no clue as to where to find it. Thanks in advance.

It's inside the access hatch, same place as the oil filter, on the other side? You have to remove the bolts holding the canister. Easy change.

I was just in there yesterday and changed the fuel and oil filters but did not see the air filter. Will look again. Thanks.

On my 10k it is on the top left after you open the access cover. Cylindrical in shape. Mine just requires unsnapping retaining clips. After the clips are released, you just pull the air filter housing towards you and it comes off with a few wiggles.

If you take a look at pages 8 and 20 of the Owner's Manual you will see where it's located and how to change it. As the illustration shows, you just reach up into the opening beside the cooling air inlet grill and undo the wing nut holding the cover on the filter.

Yes. ANd the screw that holds it in faces the front. It is not inside the fuel/oil filter door.
