The air tanks are fine for the kid's bikes. For you trailer, TV, or MH, get a compressor. It takes up less space and works better.

Case in point: trans temp sensor went up in the truck while towing the fiver a number of years ago. Put in at a Ford dealer and they let me leave the fiver on their back lot until they fixed the truck. Went to pick it up and discovered a nail in the trailer tire. A 65 psi tire was at 40 psi. My friend (professional mechanic), has me go get their plug kit and air tank. I had to make three trips with the air tank to get the tire up to 65 psi.

If I had to do it over, I would have pulled out my 12 volt compressor. I now also carry a 120 compressor to use along with the Honda generator.
