Your talking about the start battery correct? You have a red, positive cable from your starter on the engine trace it to see where it goes, that will be your start battery!

I have no idea where it is but if I was looking for it I guess I would lie down on my back and move around under the MH looking for some big wires, almost half inch in diameter, and follow them to see where they came from.

On our 08 Aspect they hid them under the floor behind the drivers seat.
Check under entry steps also.

Ours was a 2002 B+ and there were two deep cycle batteries under the coach, along the frame rail, about half way back(think it was right hand side) in a gray box. Looks like a small gas tank.

Just to clear up some confusion the Trailite is a B+ which is not a C. That being said, I have been looking in all the usual places and can account for every previously unknown volume inside and outside my MH. I can feel my sanity slipping!

Even a buddy of mine who has a had a long career in servicing Motor Homes is stumped. But one thing is for sure; disconnect the starting battery and the 12 volt lights and systems stay on.

Perhaps a nice jacket with long sleeves and lots of buckles . .. .. .. .

No confusion. Your B+ is just C without the over head bunk, Like mine.
You checked all outside compartments. Gen compartment, under steps. For openings in the floor. There is only one battery in engine compartment.
How about calling a dealer?

I have a 2003 Trailite B+. I have consulted my manual, my mechanic, my friend ( who knows everything - or thinks he does) and even an Ouija board, but I can't find it.

Does anyone have any idea where they have hidden my coach battery?...
Welcome to the forum. It has been stated, your original posting is in the Class B forum which is for motorhomes built inside of a van body. The Class C forum is for RV houses built on what they call a cut-a-way chassis. That means Chevy, Dodge, or Ford only built the cab and then cut off the back part for R-Vision to build the house.

To your question, the battery is on a shelf attached to the frame of the truck chassis almost directly under the passenger seat.

For some more reading about your R-Vision Trail-Lite check out this 273 page posting called B+ motorhomes.
