Okay, so I now have a 2002 Coachmen Catalina 25BQS trailer, and upgrade in size and room over my old hybrid. I love it, and probably more importantly, so does my wife!
I do have a minor issue. I flushed the fresh water system with bleach. In the course of doing so, I pretty much filled the fresh water tank. I wanted to drain it, so I found the drain pipe below the RV. I took the plug out of it, and nothing happened. No water draining out, nothing.
Does anybody know if there is a drain shutoff valve for this thing, and, if so, where the heck is it? The tank and pump are apparently beneath the slideout, and I be d---ed if I can figure out how to get at them! Surely you don't have to disassemble the slideout to access these parts?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Try opening the fill cap. There could be a vacuum keeping the water from coming out.

In any case empty the fresh water tank with the bleach using the water pump if necessary. Bleach can harm pipes if the concentration is too high. I use city water which always has chlorine in it for sanitizing. I don't have any problems doing that.
