I am about to work a deal to trade in our 2008 Tiffin Allegro Open Road 32BA FRED Class A for a 2012 Winnebago Access Premier 31C. We have seen and test drove the 31C and I am very impressed with it. Winnebago engineering and workmanship are fantastic from what I can see and this one is equipped very very nicely.
CCC on the Access is similar to my Outlook. For our family of 5 we have enough wiggle room to be able to take along everything we need and still have full water tanks if necessary.
However, It is important to take the cargo weight into consideration when packing, and especially watch your side to side weight distribution and take note of your tank locations.
Also, since we tent and pop up camped for years before going to the motorhome, we are very used to packing lightly and watching our weight. At least for the camper. lol. Our "everything we need" is pretty light in comparison to what I see some folks traveling with. We don't carry extra grills or fancy chairs and we don't have a toad.
