That's what the gal at Costco told me but I don't operate that way. I do as much research as I can before I buy something, (obviously not this time) and if I don't like it it's still mine. If it breaks after a short time of use, that's another story. I feel that a seller is responsible for the quality of the item not whether a consumer dislikes it for some reason. I don't think the seller should bear the cost of the whims of the customer. "Return it" has gotten out of hand and the next guy that buys something from that seller pays a part of their loss through an inflated price of his purchase. No matter what any freebiee, return, etc. policy there is, the consumer is gonna pay for it.. It's "the principal of the thing"...IMO.. A small voice crying in the desert..

my families newest fave dish!! Taquitos made in the new wave oven!!
I made both pork and chicken. I bought a pre-cooked chicken from Vons, shredded it and added verde sauce. The pork was cooked in the crock pot a few days ago (leftovers) with red salsa.
I microwaved some corn tortillas wrapped in damp paper towels for 30 seconds to make them roll easier. Rolled some meat mixture, placed in oven and sprayed with olive oil Pam. Put on 460 for 12 minutes and voila! Outside is browned and crispy, inside hot and delicious!!
Added some homemade guacamole for dipping, beans, rice and green salad.
Update, FWIW. I've been using the "Power Wave" for about a month and think it's great. I said I would never venture a steak in it but a 1-1/8 inch rib eye came out perfect. We had a perfectly done fish yesterday. Times to cook is a poke & hope process with the differences in cooking times suggested in the manuals. We have meat & we have heat, no mechanical cooker is going to know all the variations. That's what makes us "cooks". Anyway, "would I recommend the product to a friend"? .... Yes .... IMO..
My breaded chicken didn't turn out with crispy breading but that could of been my fault..

We absolutely love our Nu Wave wouldn't know what to do without it, it cooks everything perfect and moist...
