Place jack directly under springs. I just did it myself. Easier than pulling fiver to them. Besides it gave me a chance to adjust brakes and clean and wax the wheels.

Safer to do it yourself. I heard of folks having it done by a garage only to lose a wheel later because of over torquing by the air wrench weakening the studs.

Had all 4 tires mounted and balanced on rims by Discount Tire and installed them myself using a jack under the spring perch. As mentioned above, it gave me the opportunity to service bearings and brakes.

The best way would be to jack the trailer up by the frame if it is possible. I've heard that there is the potential to bend the axle if you do it there.
And, as far as letting someone else do it, here is how my trailer looked the first trip after I had someone work on my wheel bearings/brakes. Lugs were not tightened properly and I lost the wheel.

Since you have an equa flex you have to jack up by the frame.

I've got four new rims coming in to fix the offset problem on my Titanium and I think that's what I'll do. I thought about running them down to goodyear but discount is closer.

Dunno, but Discount Tire jacked mine up directly under the spring perch and did both axles at the same time (one side only). If the spring perch can hold the entire trailer up without bending the axle, putting a jack under them shouldn't be a problem. I believe they also put a jack-stand under the frame as a safety. Their air wrenches are set to only torque to about 40-50 lb ft and the nuts are hand-tightened with a torque wrench to spec. Reminds me, I need to check mine again. :-)
