Would it cause problem to my (DUAL CAM) hitch set up or trunnion bars if I jacked TT up to adjust brake shoes, doing one side at a time. Using a bottle jack and while hooked to TV and WDH bars in place.

Since you're already hooked up why not leave the jacks in the garage and just drive one axle up on leveling blocks to raise the other axle. MUSH faster and safer.

We had new Maxxis tires put on our trailer..Tire shop jacked up the trailer just enough to remove and install the tires...all while I was hooked up ( Reese dual cam).
They did one side at a time and just jacked enough to lift the tires about a half inch off the ground.

We tried going the trailer aid/leveling blocks route to raise a tire yesterday. All that happened was the axle tried to twist the frame. We had to use a bottle jack to raise the whole side of the trailer. We also noticed it was easier without the reese dual cam hooked up. Was this right. I have no idea but it worked. I just hope I didn't do anything pulling it up on the leveling blocks really high and causing that twist. Any way to tell?

I did my trailer brakes and bearings with a trailer aid on Saturday without any ill effects. If you are worried about the Dual Cam take the bars off, nothing to it.

You should check with your trailer manufacturer or the axle manufacturer before using one tire on a ramp to lift the other tire off the ground.
Dexter Axle, for example, says you should not do it.
IMO, you should first release the WD bars and then use a properly-placed jack to raise the frame.

You can take the bars off or leave them on. Doesn't matter. If you are lifting it just enough to get the tires off of the ground, it is like starting into a banked turn where the TV is already in the banked part but the trailer is still out on the flat road.
Last week while I was on vacation, I read the owners manual for my new TT. In the section on adjusting breaks, they said to put a jack under the wheel you are adjusting and raise it just enough for the tire to clear the ground and spin. Under the section for changing a flat tire, they indicated to place a bottle jack on a block of wood and jack under the frame adjacent to the flat tire. FWIW, the new TT is a Skyline Koala 26SS. It is 29' 3" stem to stern, 7750 GVWR, with two overslung 3500 pound Lippert axles and TrailAir Equaflex equalizers.

Reason I wanted to stay hooked to TV was for safety from TT rolling. Even with the tongue jack down and the wheels on the other side blocked, I was afraid of a pivoit roll. My drive has a very slight incline.

I had a pivot roll happen to me yesterday. Scared the s****t out of me. I have a bit of incline on my driveway. I am going to go to my parents place, their driveway is flat, to do the rest of the wheel bearings.

Skip I have to disagree with you on driving up on blocks being safer, by useing a bottle jack the most the trailer will fall would be 2" to 3" as long as the tires are left on to just adjust the brakes.
