A Beaver Ambassador Club Member posted the fix for dim headlights on his Beaver. Youtube has several vidios on the modification you may need to do to get brighter headlights.

Thanks for all the great info folks..... What I did was upgrade the bulb it self...It was a Phillips bulb(I think it was original from 2001)And got a turtle wax cleaning kit for the lenses.....It seems like it is going to take care of the issue, didn't get to try them while driving but here at the campground they are very brighter.......Thanks Again,Tom

Being your MH is a 2001, the first thing I would check would be the ground. A poor ground will cause dim lights.

Hi All.

On our Motorhome, it was a very simmple fix. We also had "Dim Headlights". But after checking everything with a Muti-Meter, ours turned out to be very dirty, rusted ground Wire.

We were lucky. I only had to remove the Ground Wires, clean the connectors and clean the spot where it was Grounded, by sanding the metal of the frame back to a nice shinney spot.

Headlights work perfectly now. Sure glade I do all of my own repairs. Good Luck. Happy Travels. Dan & Jill
