I use the same email address for my mobile phone and desktop computer. I would like to save all info on the desk top. Today when the remote is used messages go away on the desk top. Where is the option to save ( using Outlook Express and XP).
If I'm understanding you correctly, when you download email on your phone the messages are then not available on the desktop? If so, sounds like you need to look for an account setting on your phone to "leave messages on server" or something along those lines.
