We have a drawer that always wants to come open while traveling. What is the best way to adjust the latch to keep this from happening?
Probably something simple I'm sure.

It just doesn't latch as tight as the others. It has the metal piece that slide into the thing that looks like two rollers. Sorry, this is a woman's explanation. Don't laugh.

Try some baby locks for drawers. That will help and cheap and easy to install. Velcro is also come in handy for us as well.

Pinch metal piece closer together. They can also be replaced at Home Depot, look for drawer hardware. Take the metal piece with you.
